Dwayne Casey
 has helped companies in the entire process of internet and web page development.   From purchasing domain names, implementing web hosting, domain name pointing, email setup, logo design, web page design , flash animation , and banner design, Dwayne  understands the graphic design and web development process.  
 Mr. Casey has worked directly with in-house marketing directors, designers, company secretaries, and functional analysts in management and project design.    Dwayne is able to take website development from start to finish. 
 

 Using the Mad Rat Media Development process  Dwayne  begins the website life cycle by first creating a site structure using Human Navigation design principals.  The design process begins using traditional graphic design sketch methods and story boarding.  When the design structure is agreed upon the implementation phase begins.  We employ the top industry tools including Adobe PhotoShop, Image Ready, Illustrator,  and Flash, for graphics and animation production.  For the backend HTML development we utilize basic HTML hand coding along with WYSIWYG editors like FrontPage 2000 and DreamWeaver to streamline the process. 

 Dwayne is  knowledgeable of the backend HTML coding process.  This allows him the freedom to review the code when the WySiWyG editors do not do exactly what he wants them to. He can also utilize the FrontPage extensions to create intricate forms.  Dwayne also employs Custom Style Sheets for uniform style, and JavaScript for added functionality.   Dwayne's experience and diversity help to make the website life cycle  much more understandable for the customer.
