• Expert HTML and CSS coding for optimal performance.

• Optimization of all graphics to ensure smallest possible file size and fastest loading time.

• Metatags – Special coding required for search engine submission so that your page
can be found by search engine crawlers.

• Installation and testing on the Front Page enabled host web server of your choice to ensure proper cross-browser display on Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator and AOL.
(Sorry, testing does not guarantee proper display on secondary web browsers, WebTV or Wireless
Web devices.)

Note: A “page” is defined as up to 1200 pixels in length: Up to two full screens of text and
images at medium resolution of 800x600. A tasteful, color coordinated advertisement
logo for Mad Rat Design will appear at the end of each page.

• Mini Pop-Up pages: $150.00
A custom designed informational page used for special annotations, explanations, announcements
or to provide "help" for an existing page element. Mini pop-ups are generally small, centered
windows that appear on top of the current page and contain a convenient "close window" link.

The vertical and/or horizontal scroll bars of your browser are color-coordinated to your pages
instead of the usual, dull gray colors. This adds very nice decorative touch!

• Document conversion: $150.00
Conversion of website content submitted verbally, by fax or hard copy to HTML per standard 8½ x 11
page.

• Basic sound effects: $75.00
Background loading or clickable links for music or sound effects (midi or wav format)

• Streaming audio or video: $150.00
Each occurrence is available for delivery to the user in their choice of Windows Media Player
or Real Player for both high speed and standard dial-up connections.

• Image Maps - $150.00
An upscale menu system that essentially divides a graphic image into linkable sections.

Includes updates, upload and testing of any text or images to existing pages. Under normal circumstances, updates will be performed no later than 3 business days of receipt, but usually by the next business day.


• Monthly
Monthly Maintenance Agreement: $150.00/mo + $100 one-time setup fee.

 In addition to the above webmaster services at a tremendous
savings.   Site maintenance includes up one hour of page updates per month for changes to text and/or
images for existing pages throughout the quarterly period, representing a HUGE savings over posted
rates for hosting and page updates billed separately! Additional page updates are billed at the per occurrence rate.

 Sorry, site submission does NOT include paid site directories such as Yahoo.

• Other Services: $125.00 per hour
For custom requests not already listed,  the hourly billing rate is almost very low,
